Whenever I a file with FDM I am prompted in a dialogbox where (=in which local directory) I want to put this file.

How can I tell FDM store it always automatically in directory

D:\mys\

?

Settings > New > Set default folder. If you don't want to see the Add box at all you can put a check mark in Settings > Monitoring > Silent monitoring.
