How to suppress "Active s" + " complete" win 6b3826

I installed recently v3.8 of FDM and observed (when ing) new little windows near the Systray in the lower right corner:

"Active "

and (when finished):

" complete"

How EXACTLY can I

a) disable completely these windows?
b) let FDM show them for only 4 seconds and then AUTOMATICALLY hide them?

The only action you can do with this window is checking or unchecking the "Show ing progress window" option in the "Options" --> "Settings"--> "" --> "Essential" section.
