I'm trying to a file but it has some sort of redirect and FDM just shows it ing index.html and it fails. How do I outside of FDM, just through my browsers default.

In InternetExplorer and Firefox, by default, if you press cancel in FDM's options your browser should ask you to .
I am not sure how it works in other browsers
