The Extension https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/free--manager-chr/ahmpjcflkgiildlgicmcieglgoilbfdp is converting the filename to ASCII encoding, So for example change <space> by %20 and It's pretty uncomfortable, see more here http://super.com/questions/898950/free--manager-chrome-extension-1-0-18-change-spaces-by-20

We cannot determine the problem because they (on Super) mix up different things: "%20" is URL encoding, it has nothing common with ASCII.
