doesn't start t495f

Hi,

When I want to a file I right-click on the link, then on Save Target As. Then FDM starts with the file to be ed on the s area with the Yellow arrow. It keeps retrying, pauses for 5 secs, tries again, but the never starts. How can I solve this?

Just a guess, maybe your firewall is blocking FDM?

Actually the firewall is allowing FDM to access the internet.

This does sound like the firewall, maybe disable it temporarily just to check.

OK, I have disabled my firewall (Norton Internet Secutrity 2005) temporarily, and FDM then starts the . When I turn NIS 2005 firewall back on, the s don't start again. I entered NIS and checked program settings for FDM and it's "Allow All". So, I don't get it.

I'm not familiar with Norton so I can't give you any specific advise, but at least you now it's the firewall, maybe the Norton forums might be a good starting place, good luck Jose!
