FDM not working in IE11 since update from MS 12AUG2014 i1tw

I have uninstalled KB2970228 and KB2982791 from Windows 7 32 bit but FDM is still not working normally.

I am currently trying to re-install FDM and I will post those problems in the relevant thread.

Same for me...basically the same set up as above. I can right-click to select ' with FDM' but it isn't working like it used to.

any news about the IE ups?
I've re-installed all files from august 13, except this two,

Internet Explorer 11 Windows 8.1 x64 (KB2976627)
Internet Explorer Flash Player Windows 8.1 x64 (KB2982794)

and everything is still working.

What to do? Wait and see?

Yep, same problem here. IE11 with windows 7 64. Will a fix be on the way? Using IE to files is like going back to the speeds of 15 years ago....and that's not good. Please help. Thanks.

My last test with the Aug 12,2014 updates worked fine with IE11. I will test again but the test did show it worked without any problems on my side. I'll check again but didn't have problem using it on IE11 as others indicate with IE11.

UPdate: guess it didn't go as planned maybe the latest update to IE11 broke something but I checked my monitor and it has IE checked to catch the . Guess be stuck using FF for or in IE11 just copy the link and paste to FDM .

What exactly are you right clicking on?

Doesn't work with mine either. I have to right click on the link and select with FDM for it to work. It worked fine before the MS updates and used to automatically.

Hi, just like to say that if you delete Internet Explorer 11 windows 8.1 x64 (KB2976627) update, restart your computer FDM works as normal again. Not ideal but it does work.

I tried again and the problem with IE11 still exists even with the latest single update after the latest Tuesday batch . The copy link and with FDM does still work.

IDM is working perfect but would rather be using FDM and will be when a fix has been issued.
