New structure of FDM's settings 6h4p4v

In 2.6.792 BETA version of FDM we have changed the structure of FDM's settings.
We invite all s to take a look and share comments and suggestions about this.

I posted this in the beta thread also, didn't notice this one until now.


The new settings now look better in one gui.

I tried the new skin, i had to choose old skin to see the new skin. Didn't like the new skin at all, buttons to small and not at all good looking. Have gone back to using the old skin, with big buttons as is nicer looking.

Maybe to catch other s you could make a second skin of new buttons that are bigger. While making another skin of the old buttons smaller. Four skins something for everyone to like. For me i still like the appeal of the old buttons, thanks.

So, you want about the new design of FDM's options - Well ... I'll give it. First, it is a good idea to merge all options in one window - it's more convenient . But ... the keyboard navigation in the options window (with the TAB key) is broken a lot. When I am in the tree view and press up or down arrows to move up and down the tree, it moves once and then the focus is moved to the right section (where the options them selfs are). This should not be happening - the focus should stay in the tree view until I wish to move it. Another thing is that if the focus is in the tree view, I can move it only between the tree view and the "OK" and "Cancel" buttons. And when the focus is in the right pain, I can only move it in there - I can't focus on the tree view or the "OK" and "Cancel" buttons.
Please, fix those issues if possible!

P.S.: I'm constantly updating the bulgarian language file for FDM. How should I send it to you? Via e-mail or in another way?

In old settings window was possibility to right click on certain options for "What's this" tip. In new settings this useful feature is broken.

With build 800 of FDM 2.6, the bug with the broken keyboard navigation is almost gone . I said "almost", because there is still a small issue in that matter - when I press up or down arrow to move in the preferences window, the treeview selection goes up or down once and the focus is moved to the "OK" button. Luckily I can press TAB to move to the treeview again and move one level up or down in the treeview. And ... the focus is once more moved to the "OK" button and ... I once again TAB to the treeview and ... so on. Other than that, I can freely TAB around every element in the preferences window. If you can fix the "treeview -> OK button" autofocusing bug, it will be great . But if it is impossible, don't worry - it is not such a big problem.

P.S.: I've send you an e-mail with the updated bulgarian language file. The e-mail was send to " @ freemanager . org" address - hope that is the right one .

Thank you very much! With build 802 of FDM, everything seams to be fixed and the keyboard navigation in FDM's Preferences windows works like a charm!

It is a pleasure now to do the settings. Much better than before.

In respect of the skin - I use the old style with small buttons. No idea why the new skin has so big buttons - still can see with my eyes!!!

in properties for torrent, there is no option for proxy setting di FDM 2.6 Beta build 810.
I got error like this,
"Failed to receive the valid response from the tracker."
"Proxy Authentication Required"
