File transfers on the same network? 1p3as

Another good feature would be the ability to transfer files over local network.

Examples would be like
1) If s same file, same url as #2. Then transfer to #2 if file is fully ed. Could use a hash to files?

2) ability to locally and transfer files, esp via command line.
adds files to fdm or a folder, this is what to transfer to devices.

E.g Roms/ps2/Games
Folder has 10x iso files. Fdm identifies the files, makes hash, then when a #2 requests 1 or all 10 files it transfers over?
