Does custom branding work with latest version 3.9.6? q1c2h
Hi
I have ever made 2 versions of the custom manager, several years ago.
Today, though I tried 2 times to create one, only to discover after & installation it did not work.
The first issue is: the icons in the recommended .ico format, & sizes 16 x 16 & 32 x 32 are not accepted, however much one tries.
All other steps seem to go well, but if you press the final button to generate the custom version, whatever is created has what appears to be the correct file, including the name. The installation windows, have the name BUT, when you run it, it is the NORMAL, virgin FDM ver. 3.9.6 & there is no single sign of the custom banners, etc.
In spite of start page settings during installation, this does not change.
So my question is: can one create a custom version using FDM ver. 3.9.6 at all???
I would appreciate some quick response.
