FDM 2.1 build 494 Firefox extension causing serious crashes 3r1b6i

right click on any page will crash minefield (firefox 3.0) after extension of free manager version 2.91 build 494 was installed.

I get the same crash with the latest 3.0 nightly.

boris zbarsky is pointing out that the problem is on fdm extension itself and not on minefield.

I've tested it in Firefox v3.0a1 - works fine.
I think this is the bug of some newer version that I do not have currently.
Besides we haven't enough time to work under this problem now.

on what build of firefox 3.1a did you tested it?

I believe there is no Firefox 3.0a1 milestone release, just nightly testing versions. That branch is highly unstable and likely to change before release. Might be good to wait for the first alpha milestone to target compatibility.

I've the same problem with the newest Minefield (3.0a2pre). Even if I don't integrate FDM into Firefox, the browser crashes if i open the menu with "right click"...

A temporary solution might be to make sure the FDM addon/extension is uninstalled, then just use FlashGot.
