I was using FDM since very old times
I sticked for 3.xx version due to it's rich options, ftp and site explorer/site manager
but it seems to stop working with modern servers via https - just returning unknown network error

so I downloded new version - and I see NOTHING - no configurable options, no site explorer. Just a window to drop files onto
this seems to be huge modern problem - devs do not make their programs for advanced s ((

There is a hamburger menu to the top right where you actually can change settings.

Yes, there is no site manager, and a few other things - but there are definitely settings there.

Is there an option to recheck a torrent file after ing?
The main reason I use torrent files is file integrity if there's a break in internet connection or the transfer of files.

please qt v6.3. When qbittorrent upgraded to qt v6.x scaling starting working correctly so that s of windows 10 that use 125% scaling could see everything properly as the text was too small in qt5. Free manager has the same problem which was introduced in april 2021 which i reported but hasn't been fixed - viewtopic.php?f=1&t=17900&p=49645#p49645. Upgrading to qt v6.3 might solve this problem.

For now, we are not planning to do this. Qt 6.x has lack of of some major OS versions s are still using widely. For example, Windows 7.
The next version of FDM will have two options to zoom its UI.

It was just released as free, according to the Phoronix article, @Alex, as they promised to start doing with all the LTS releases that originally start in the paid (Enterprise) channels, releasing them to open source 1 year after initial release.

Thanks for letting me know. However, I don't see it released, and neither their online installer does. It seems, it was released in a source code only form, no binaries. I'm not happy with this...
Anyway, are there any real pros in updating FDM to Qt 5.15.6 ?
